What’s New on What’s On? Events – What’s Been Added

We’ve been busy at What’s On? Events Inc and are stoked to give you a rundown of all the incredible shows we’ve added to the site so far. From heartfelt folk to legends of country to powerhouse Canadian duos, we’ve got something for music lovers across BC and Alberta this fall. Here’s the lowdown on whats on the horizon.

Break Your Heart Tour – Raine Maida & Chantal Kreviazuk

Two of Canada’s most iconic musicians are hitting the road together & we’ve got two stops on the tour.

These two have got a combined 30 JUNO nominations, 8 JUNO wins, a Grammy and a 3 decade long influence between them. Raine Maida & Chantal Kreviazuk bring something truly special to the stage – an evening that blends fantastic music with intimate, unscripted moments. They’re also working on a double memoir & a new album which makes 2026 a pretty big year for this partnership.

Chilliwack – September 15, 2026 Chilliwack Cultural Centre

Penticton – September 17, 2026 Cleland Community Theatre

VIP add-on packages are available through the Raine & Chantal website (just a heads up – VIP doesnt include show tix – those are sold separately)

The Legend of Garth Brooks Tribute – Kamloops

Sept 22, 2026 | Sagebrush Theatre | $59 all in (students get a discount)

This is probably as close as you’ll get to the real thing. CCMA-nominated country singer Chris Buck of the Chris Buck Band is leading an all-star lineup in a rip-roaring tribute to the music of Garth Brooks. Chris grew up listening to Garth on repeat & has built an impressive career for himself, earning a gold record, over 20 million streams & a rep for delivering the full Garth experience – sound, energy, and spirit.

Whether you’re a die hard fan or just looking for a high-energy night out – this one is a must-see.

The Great Canadian Roadrip – Doc Walker, Jason McCoy & Michelle Wright

Three of Canada’s most celebrated country icons are getting together on one stage – and this is a love letter to Canadian country music.

Doc Walker (14 CCMA awards & 2 JUNO wins), Jason McCoy (2 CCMA Male Vocalist, hall of famer and lead singer of The Road Hammers), & Michelle Wright (40+ major awards & Canadian Country Hall of Famer) are coming together to bring stories, songs & shared memories to life in an evening that goes way beyond a typical concert. Expect nostalgia, laughter, connection, & the songs you grew up with.

Slave Lake, AB – Nov 5, 2026 Slave Lake Legacy Centre | $79 all in
